By registering for an account, accessing smproxies.com or using our proxies, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these terms.

SMProxies provides Polish 4G/5G mobile proxies intended for social-media multi-account management across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. We provide the network exit; how you use it within the law and within these terms is your responsibility.

You may not use the service for any illegal activity, including but not limited to unauthorised access or intrusion into systems, spam, fraud, distribution of malware, or infringement of intellectual property or other rights. You must not use the service to harm, harass or deceive others.

You are responsible for complying with the terms and rules of each social-media platform you access through our proxies, and for respecting platform terms where you are legally required to do so. Using a proxy does not exempt you from a platform's own rules — meeting them is your responsibility, not ours.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us through in-app support if you believe your account has been compromised. We may take protective action on an account that shows signs of compromise or abuse.

The service is offered on a paid basis, which may include subscription terms and trial periods. Pricing and the scope of any trial are described on the site at the time you order. These terms set out the general commercial relationship; specific order and payment details are presented to you before you commit.

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Mobile networks, upstream providers and maintenance can all affect availability. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMProxies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of accounts, data or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, use the service unlawfully, or put the network or other users at risk. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time through in-app support.

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
